Shopping online with us is easy and completely secure. You can place an order online in just a few simple steps:

  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
  • Once you are done shopping, click on the Shopping Cart, and follow the checkout steps.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your Order Number.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery, Credit Card and Debit Card payments. However, during certain promotional periods some of these payment methods may be restricted.

Your order ships within one business day of acceptance and confirmation, and transit time is 24-48 hours.

If your product was damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment. After refusing the delivery, the item(s) will come back to us. When it is received, your refund will be automatically initiated. The refund can take up to 15 days from the receipt of the item(s), however, it is often sooner (within 3-5 days). If you still wish to purchase the same item(s), just go ahead and place a new order with us.

Unopened products in their original, unused condition can be returned within a period of up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

We will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at shop.Samsung.com/ae, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below. All merchandise returned must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:
  • If you wish to return a product that came with a free promotional item, such as a free memory card with a phone, all items must be returned together. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Samsung, in its sole discretion, to be defective.

All Mobile Phones, Tablets and Wearables are covered under a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

The back cover and straps are not covered by warranty.

Unfortunately, our warranty is valid only in the United Arab Emirates.

Accidental damage is any physical damage that happens suddenly and stops your phone from working properly. If your accidental damage claim is accepted, we will choose to do one of the following: authorize a repair, arrange a replacement (at our option).
If your phone is accidentally damaged, you’ll be covered. Just give us a call when you’re back in the UAE to make a claim. Kindly note that you can only request a claim in the UAE and must report any accidental damage occurring abroad within 60 days.
Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents aren’t covered, but cracked screens are.
Trade-up
We will take up to 2 days after you receive your new phone to pick up your old phone.
Our Trade-up partner will arrange a courier pickup based on the appointment mentioned during the evaluation. You can reschedule pickup 1 day before the appointment.
The voucher can be redeemed instantly once you complete the online evaluation. This gives you 4-5 days to receive your new device and swap all your data before handing over your old phone to us.
