Customer can trade in any wireless or wired headset. It can be any make, any model, any manufacturer and any conditions. The value of the wireless or wired headset traded-in is determined to be $0. . This offer has no cash value. Any questions relating to the wireless or wired headset traded-in must be addressed where the trade-in takes place.
While quantities last. No rain checks. Offer is open to Canadian residents only. Offer is valid for a limited time and is subject to change or cancellation without notice. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise specifically agreed to by Samsung in writing.
1. Once the wireless or wired headset has been traded in, it cannot be returned to the customer, even if a Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ product has been returned by the customers for any reason including but not limited to buyer’s remorse. Samsung is not responsible for the wireless or wired headset once it has been provided or shipped by the customer in connection with this offer.
I. Redemption process for purchases made in-store at Samsung Experience Stores:
The purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ device and the verification of the wireless or wired headset being traded in will occur simultaneously at the point of purchase at a Samsung Experience Store. The process is as follows:
1. Purchase an eligible Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ product during the Purchase Period.
2. During the Purchase Period, meet with a Samsung Experience Store representative to complete the trade-in process.
3. Trade-in the wireless or wired headset.
II. Redemption process for purchases made online on http://www.samsung.com/ca/:
For the purchase of an eligible Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ product made online at http://www.samsung.com/ca/, The process is as follows:
1. Purchase eligible Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ product at http://www.samsung.com/ca/ during the Purchase Period. The credit will be applied at the time of purchase.
2. Complete the trade-in tool in your online cart by adding the provided voucher (‘BUDSTRADE’).
3. A prepaid waybill will be sent to your registered address.
4. Mail your wireless or wired headset to the address listed on the waybill within thirty (30) days of your new Samsung Galaxy Buds Live or Galaxy Buds+ product purchase and prior to November 30, 2020.
Samsung and Samsung Experience Stores in Canada reserve the right to claim back the applicable credit in the event that the customer fails to fulfill any of the Terms and Conditions of this offer, including but not limited to failure to bring, ship, mail or otherwise provide the wireless or wired headset.
