Orders

Shopping online with us is easy and completely secure. You can place an order online in just a few simple steps:

  • Select an item you would like to purchase and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
  • Once you are done shopping, click on the Shopping Cart, and follow the checkout steps.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your Order Number.

    If you have correctly entered all your information and are still unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for a security check.     Payment

    Terms and Conditions differ from voucher to voucher. Kindly read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. Furthermore, you can call Customer Care or the Samsung hotline 16580, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, 7 days a week.

    We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments and Cash on delivery.

    Your credit card is charged only when the order is confirmed.

    Shipping

    Standard delivery for products is 5-6 business days. However, if available, we provide express delivery for an extra charge.

    Call us at 16580 from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and provide your order details and billing information mentioned in your order confirmation email, so we can initiate a thorough search for your shipment with the carrier.

    If your product was damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment. After refusing the delivery, the item(s) will come back to us. When it is received, your refund will be automatically initiated. The refund can take up to 15 days from the receipt of the item(s), however. If you still wish to purchase the same item(s), just go ahead and place a new order with us.

    Returns

    The refund can take up to 14 working days from request for order cancellation. However, the refund period may vary depending on the payment method and subject to processing duration of the payment agency.

    Unopened sealed products in their original condition can be returned including change of mind returns. We regret to inform that returns due to change of mind for opened items will not be accepted. We accept returns of products for purchases within 14 working days of delivery only if they are faulty or the products delivered are not what you ordered(The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary). If your product is not returned with all original items(such as manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) received with it, the seller may reject the return entirely.
    Refund of product with a free gift - If you wish to return a product that came with a free promotional item, all items must be returned together to get a refund. If a free promotional item provided with a product is not returned, refund is not available

    Refund of discount package - If you wish to return a package product that has been purchased at a discounted price during the promotion period of Samsung.com, all the products in the package must be returned together at once to get a refund of the payment.
    The following reasons for returning an item due to change of mind are not valid : - If the product(including components) is damaged after opening due to the consumer's responsibility (damage, flooding, etc.)
    - In case the value of the product is damaged because the product packaging has been opened and used or installed - If some of the product components(manual, remote control, cable, etc.) are lost or missing"

    Warranty

    • The washing machine, refrigerator and air conditioner are covered by a 60-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
    • Televisions are covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
    • Vacuum Cleaners, Microwaves and Sound Bars are covered by a 12 month warranty starting from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not support this facility.
