Samsung Account

About the Samsung Account

With a Samsung account, you can browse through many products and offerings in the e-store and use most of Samsung's services, including Samsung Apps and the Game Hub.

A Samsung account is an integrated membership that allows you to use Samsung services on smartphones, tablets, websites, TVs, and other devices. You can use different services from Samsung through a single account without logging in separately for each service. To register

If you want to create your Samsung account, first click on "Login". In the Log On pop-up, click "Register Now". Your e-mail address is required.

The age limit is valid for the Samsung account according to the legal requirements in the respective countries. As a minimum age for registration in Germany you have to be 18 years old.

Retrieve / reset password

Change your password via the page
"My account" > "My account settings".
About the link "Continue to the Samsung account, where you can change the following information: Your password, newsletter registration and account status." You can change your password.

About the link displayed in the login window "Forgotten your email or password?" you will get to your password.

  1. Click the shortcut "Forgotten your email or password?" and "Retrieve password".
  2. Enter your e-mail address and security code, and then click "Confirm".
  3. The following message is displayed: "An e-mail for changing the password has been sent to your e-mail address." click on "confirm".
  4. Check your email inbox and click on the link in the email from the Samsung account to change your password.

If you do not use the e-mail address you entered when you set up the Samsung account, or you do not receive an e-mail to change the password, you can contact Customer Support (help.content.samsung.com > Contact Us ) turn.

Log in / logout

You can either log in to the Samsung e-Store by entering your Samsung account registration data (email address and password) or by clicking the login button on the right hand side of the search field. You can also unsubscribe by clicking on this button again.

Account management

Your personal data as well as your address book can be found after registration with your Samsung account "MySamsung" - "My account" - "settings".

You can update your data at Samsung e-Store Home > My Samsung > My Profile > My Data.

Order

Make an order

Shopping via the Samsung e-Store is easy and safe. Just follow these few steps to place an order.

  1. Select an item you want to buy, then click "Add to Cart" in the Quick View or on the product page.
  2. You can either continue shopping or complete your purchase.
  3. When you are finished shopping, click "complete shopping" or the shopping cart (the small shopping cart icon at the top right of the page) and follow the steps in the ordering process.
    After completion, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, which contains your order number.
Order tracking

You can check the status of your order in the e-store under the item "My account" and "My orders". There you can track the shipment by clicking on the link.

Delivery periods

The duration of delivery depends on the selected shipping option and the service provider. The Samsung Online Shop will endeavor to provide you with delivery within 2-3 working days. There is the possibility to choose the express option Express shipping for many of your orders. If your order is received before 5 pm, the next working day will be delivered.

Shipping

From an order value of 60 euros are no shipping costs. For an order value of up to € 20 and shipping by postpost you have a shipping cost share of 3 euros, with an order value of up to 60 euros and parcel shipping the proportionate shipping costs is 5 euros. Action Code

The Samsung e-Store occasionally offers discount codes or discounts for special items or periods through promotional codes. If you want to buy an article with an action code, you can use this action code first "My account" under the point "My Advantages" And use it when you place your order in your shopping cart.

Change Payment Method

As soon as you start processing the payment in the Samsung e-Store, you will not be able to change the payment method. If you want to change the payment method for your order, you must cancel your original order and place a new order.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation

You can cancel an order up to a maximum of 30 minutes after receipt, provided the goods are not ready for dispatch. Change an order

However, it is no longer possible to change the payment method, products, delivery address or discount method.

If you want to change an order, go to "My account" > "My Order" and select an order number to change all or part of the purchase order.

Return

You can return the item purchased from the Samsung online store within 14 days of purchase. You can return all items of your order together or individually. A return is not possible if:

  1. An article is damaged after it has been opened.
  2. A copyable article was accessed.
  3. A non-defective item has been installed.
  4. An article is customer specific.
  5. The packaging of a hygiene item was opened (chest straps, Bluetooth headsets, wired headsets, headphones).

If you want to return a product, go to "My Account" > "My Order" and select an order number. Then click the button "Return" under "Options".

The Samsung e-Store accepts the shipping costs for defective items, for the return of which the Samsung e-store is responsible. Not all items available in shops can be purchased at the same time in the Samsung e-Store. You can use the search function to search with a search term or item number for articles.

We regularly add new products to our e-store. So it is always worthwhile to look for new products and great offers.
