Payment Options

  • How do I pay for a product on Samsung Shop?

    We have created a platform where you can choose from multiple payment modes to complete a transaction. Purchases can be completed Using Credit and Debit Cards, Net banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery.
    Your bank and card details remain confidential and private. Savex and its trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. All transactions are processed in Indian National Rupees

  • How can I know more about making a purchase on EMI?

    Select products can be purchased on EMI. Details and calculator are available on product pages of eligible products

  • Do you accept international payments?

    We understand the needs of our consumers located abroad who wish for a hassle free delivery of Samsung Products to their loved ones in India. You can contact us to buy a product using international cards. Transactions made using internationals cards will be subject to verification before fulfillment of order.

  • How do I purchase your products with Cash on Delivery mode?

    Cash on Delivery facility is available on select products at select locations. Please check the availability on each product page by entering your location pin code on product pages. ‘Check availability at Pin code’. You will receive an OTP while placing a COD order on your registered Mobile Number for verification of the order. Payment for such orders will need to be made in cash at the time of delivery to our delivery partner.

  • Are there any hidden conditions for Cash on Delivery Purchase?

    COD orders will only be executed upon successful verification through OTP. You may also receive a confirmation call from our team before the order is dispatched. Our fulfillment team may hold order execution if there were multiple COD orders (more than 5) received from a single user or multiple orders placed by a user in past on COD and returned upon delivery.

  • Do you charge any transaction or delivery fees?

    Our products are listed at all inclusive prices. There will be no extra charges assessed with an order by the merchant Savex Technologies beyond published price.
    Please know that when a transaction is made on EMI your issuer banks may charge fees which you should check with the financial institution.


Order Status

  • How do know that my order is successful placed?

    You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once the order is placed. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to My Account section on our website.

  • I haven’t received confirmation of my order?

    All successful orders are sent an immediate confirmation message on registered delivery phone number. In a rare case there may be a short delay if the transaction response from your bank is delayed. In such cases you are suggested to check with your bank before re submitting the transaction to avoid duplicate debit.

  • How do I track the status of My Order?

    You can track the status of your order in the My Account. You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once the order is placed and also when shipped.


Delivery

  • Where does Samsung shop deliver in India?

    Delivery is available in most of the cities in India through our ecommerce fulfillment partners. However, for logistical reasons, we may not be able to take or deliver orders at a few locations.

  • How much time will it take for an order to be delivered?

    The delivery of an order will depend upon your pin code location. You may check the expected delivery time by entering your pin code in ‘Check availability at Pin code ‘.
    Best efforts are always made by our delivery partners to supply the product at your door step in least time however in certain exceptional cases there may be delays due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. regional unrests, in transit losses etc.). In such cases of exceptions our fulfillment team is dedicated to keep you posted on delivery status.

  • How will the delivery be done?

    We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an Airway Bill Number and the name of the courier partner that you can use to track your delivery on the logistic company’s website.

  • What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

    Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to Savex Technologies.
    Once a parcel has been shipped back to us by the courier partner, we will cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via the original mode of payment.

  • What should I do if I have only received a part of my order?

    While it is our endeavor to ship all items in your order together; this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels from different locations and on different dates. To know more and report any such instance please contact us at 1800 40 SAMSUNG (7267864) within 24 hours of delivery

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

    All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center. Please refuse to accept if you notice a pilferage or damage in packaging of the shipment at the time of delivery.
    If you refuse and return our a shipment to our delivery partner, please inform us on 1800 40 SAMSUNG (7267864) with clear reason for refusal. You can also email us at support.estore@samsung.com with detailed feedback.

  • Does Samsung SHOP deliver internationally?

    Currently we accept orders for delivery locations within India.
