Order

Shopping online with us is easy and completely secure. You can place an order online in just a few simple steps:

  • Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
  • Once you are done shopping, click on the Shopping Cart, and follow the checkout steps.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your Order Number.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Card and Debit Card payments. However, during certain promotional periods some of these payment methods may be restricted.

Your credit card is charged only when the order is confirmed.

Shipping

Standard delivery for products is 1-2 business days. In case of TV and Home Appliances delivery may take from 2 to 5 business days.

Call us at 06-5777444 or send us via WhatsApp at +962797777421 and provide your order details and billing information mentioned in your order confirmation email, so we can initiate a thorough search for your shipment with the carrier.

If your product was damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment. After refusing the delivery, the item(s) will come back to us. When it is received, your refund will be automatically initiated. The refund can take up to 15 days from the receipt of the item(s), however, it is often sooner (within 3-5 days). If you still wish to purchase the same item(s), just go ahead and place a new order with us.

Cancellation & Return

Unopened products in their original, unused condition can be returned within a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery.* *For TVs and Home Applicanes, return is not possible after delivery.

"We will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at shop.samsung.com/jo, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below. All merchandise returned must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange.* Exceptions to the Return Policy: If you wish to return a product that came with a free promotional item, such as a free memory card with a phone, all items must be returned together. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Samsung, at its sole discretion, to be defective. *For TVs and Home Appliances, return is not possible after delivery.

Warranty

All Samsung products are covered under a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. For more information please refer to http://www.samsung.com/levant/support/warranty

The back cover and watches straps are not covered by warranty.
