Terms and Conditions
Samsung x Grab Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bd. ("Samsung"). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of this Campaign on which Samsung offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Campaign.
A. The Campaign will begin from 12:00am, 1st December 2022 to 11:59pm, 31st January 2023 (“Campaign Period”). Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.
B. The sale transaction in this Campaign is between Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”) and Customer. Samsung only provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and redemption guidance on this site.
C. Customer agrees to comply with all the above when accessing or using this site. The scope of this Terms and Conditions is limited to Samsung's role of hosting this site and organizing this Campaign only.
Instant Rebate:
1. The customer will be able to enjoy an instant rebate with a minimum spend as stated below when applying the promo code:

2. The instant rebate is only applicable for the purchase of the products as stipulated in the Appendix.
3. Instant Rebate amount will be automatically deducted upon checkout.
4. Promo code redemption is limited to one (1) transaction per customer, and is applicable for one (1) time use only.
5. Promo Code is limited to the first 200 checkout customers on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
D. The following is the step to redeem the Promo Code:
1. In the Confirmation Page, please enter a valid “Promo Code” in the Promo Code box and select "Confirm". The promotion should be applied before proceeding to make payment on the next step.
2. The discount will then be reflected in the checkout page.
E. Samsung reserves the rights to change any products applicable to this Campaign without any prior notice
F. Samsung reserves the right to change the delivery period without prior notice and shall not be liable for any changes to the delivery period.
G.In the event of an electronic, computer, operational and/or technical error affecting the details or pricing or quantity of the product or any promotion on the website, Samsung reserves the absolute rights to rectify such error and/or cancel any transaction which has been entered into in reliance of the said error.
H. The standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. Customer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
I. Any request to change the colour of the model or free gift will not be entertained once the payment has made.
J. The quantity of Samsung Product(s) or free gift(s) in this Campaign is on “first-come, first-served” basis and also subject to stock availability.
K. Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to cancel any order placed by Customer without any prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of orders will not entitle the Customer to any compensation against Samsung and/or SDS for any losses or damages directly or indirectly that may be suffered or incurred by the Customer as a result of the cancellation.
L. The Customer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating this Campaign and shall fully indemnify and hold Samsung (and our affiliates and subsidiaries) harmless from any claim or demand made by himself/herself or any third party due to or arising out of his/her breach of any of the Terms and Conditions, improper use of the site or breach of any law or the rights of a third party.
M. During the Campaign Period, Samsung may collect consumers information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, redemption of free gift forms, interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html.
