0% interest instalment is a repayment schema that allows you to use your credit card to make a transaction and then repay the amount in instalments over the course of 6 months or 12 months with 0% interest free.

You must retain your proof of purchase/delivery invoice for future reference and in order to make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty.
 
The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your rights under your purchase contract with us or your statutory rights.

Cancellations and Returns

RETURNS

Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

Incorrect:
The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

Damaged:
The items is found to be damaged upon receipt.

Defective:
For any Technical Defect, customer must refer to any Samsung Service Centre nearby for further advice.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and call our customer service careline at 1800-88-9999 Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (Excluding Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)

- Our customer service agent will verify the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you. Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) working days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

- If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer Service Agent.  If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase or replace a new unit.

- If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Samsung Premium Delivery Service (the "Service" or "Services")
1. Introduction

i. One-time premium delivery service for online purchases. Services will take place as set forth in this document (the "Service Scope") at Customer’s location, as identified on the invoice.
ii. This Service is provided by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). The Service transaction is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) is only hosting this site for this Service to connect SDS and Customer. Customer acknowledge that Samsung is not itself a service provider for the Service stated herein.
iii. By purchasing these Services from SDS, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Service Hours.
Service will be available Monday to Saturday only, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:30am - 6:00pm
SATURDAY: 10am - 3:00pm only
Area: Klang Valley only

3. Scheduling for Premium Delivery.
i. Within two (2) business days of ordering your Service, you will be contacted by One Mobile Care (OMC) to schedule an agreed date for the premium service and delivery of the item to your home.
ii. A technician will arrive at your doorstep on the agreed date and carry out the Service Scope mentioned below.
iii. Items purchased under the same order that do not require the premium service will be delivered separately through courier and will follow the usual shipping terms and conditions.
iv. Premium service must be scheduled within 7 days from the order date.

4. Cancellation of the Service
Cancellation of the service and order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed
Customer should liaise directly with the OMC personnel should there be any request to change or reschedule the appointment date. Customer is therefore agree to be fully liable and shall fully absorb any additional charges or fees (if there's any) that might incur due to the change of the appointment date.

Change or reschedule of the appointment date must be within 3 working days from the fixed appointment date. Change or reschedule request after 3 working days from the fixed appointment date is strictly not acceptable.
OMC personnel however has the absolute right not to accept or reject customer rescheduling request subjected to their personnel workloads and manpower availability.

5. PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates a standard service as mentioned below only.
Service Scope Includes:
i. One to one Device Tutorial and Demo
ii. Apps Installation and Update
iii. Data Transfer *
iv. 24/7 Premium Careline by Samsung Customer Service at 1 800 88 7799
v. Any Return is only applicable when the device is faulty, or cannot operate due to technical or system issue DURING unbox at customer location by OMC service personnel. This is strictly not applicable after the personnel has left the location. If device found out to be faulty after the personnel left the location, Customer will need to follow the normal after sales service process provided by Samsung Customer Service Centre.
* By allowing the OMC personnel to perform data transfer on behalf, customer is therefore giving full consent to OMC personnel to perform the necessary data transfer and shall not hold any of OMC personnel or SDS personnel liable should there be any data lost or data corrupted during or after the process of data transferring.
Customer is required to have a full back up or copy of the data to avoid any unforeseen issues (such as technical, system, network, etc) that might cause the permanent data lost or data corrupted. With this, customer is aware and agree to be fully liable and would be wholly responsible on her own act and decision, should there be any data lost or corrupted issue during or after the process of data transferring.
Not Included With This Service Package:
i. Affix new screen protector
ii. New casing purchase
iii. Service, clean, repair old device
iv. Dispose old device
v. Trade-in old device
vi. Other service item or request that’s not mention in the above service scope.

6. General
i. In the event Customer have queries with regard to this Service; please call Samsung Customer Service at 1 800 88 7799 for clarification.

ii. By participating in this Service, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of SDS on every aspect of this Service shall be final and binding.

iii. Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

iv. Samsung shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Service. If there is any dispute between Customer and SDS or the installer, Customer agrees that Samsung is under no obligation to be involved.

v. By participating in this Service, each Customer agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this Service, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

vi. The Customer acknowledges that Samsung and SDS may collect Customer(s) information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the performance of Service. By purchasing the Services, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html. and SDS Privacy Policy.

vii. The Customer will be deemed consented to use their Personal Data in the manner set out in Samsung Privacy Policy and SDS Privacy Policy when using the Service.

viii. These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

1.1. In these terms, "we", "us", "our" or "samsung sds sdn. bhd" means Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (958761-v), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of malaysia and having its registered place of business at bbt one the tower, a-5-1, 5th floor south tower, lebuh batu nilam 1, bandar bukit tinggi, 41200, klang, selangor malaysia. we operate the samsung estore ("online store") through its website ("site") in accordance with these terms. 

 

2. Products 

2.1. Any images or photographs of the products that we put on our site are for illustration only and actual products available for purchase in malaysia may differ from that shown. we use reasonable endeavours to make sure the colours, sizes and details are displayed accurately but errors may occur. in addition, we cannot guarantee that the way in which your computer displays these colours or details accurately reflects the products made available by us. the products you receive may therefore vary slightly from those advertised. 

2.2. Any packaging that we use to provide the products to you may vary from any packaging indicated on our site (where applicable).

 

3. Order for products 

3.1. Our order process will permit you to check the products you have ordered and amend any errors before submitting the order. please ensure that you read through your order before submitting it. 

3.2. All our products are subject to availability. if, for any reason, any or all of the products you have ordered are or become unavailable or there has been an error in the price on our site or the online store we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of this as soon as possible after becoming aware of it and advise you of the revised delivery dates. in such cases, if you have already paid for the products we will either notify you when the products will be delivered or refund you the amount paid as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Delivery location 

the delivery address must be located within malaysia. we may not be able to deliver to certain locations that have restricted access. 

 

8. Delivery method 

8.1. We will use a courier service to deliver the products to you. 

8.2. The date of dispatch listed on the purchase order is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by us. 

8.3. Delivery of the products does not normally include installation unless we expressly specify otherwise for a product on our site. 

8.4. We will be deemed to have delivered the product(s) to you when we deliver them to the address you gave us when placing the order or signing up to our online store. 

8.5. Within a reasonable time after delivery, we will send you an email to advise that the products have been successfully delivered to the address you gave us. 

 

9. Risk and title 

ownership of the products will only pass to you on the later of either delivery or when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges (if applicable). 

10. Price and payment 

10.1. The price of the products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. product prices include gst at the current rates. unless specified otherwise, the price quoted on our site for products does not include delivery charges. 

10.2. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an purchase order.

11. Errors and omissions 

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. we will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. if a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it. if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

13.4.1. Without limiting the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, all express and implied representations, conditions, warranties, guarantees or other provisions that are not contained in these terms (whether based in legislation, the common law or otherwise) are excluded, including any representations, conditions, warranties or guarantees as to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose or timeliness. 

13.4.2. If any condition, warranty, guarantee or other provision is implied or imposed in relation to the contract (whether based in legislation, the common law or otherwise) and cannot be excluded (a "non-excludable term"), and samsung is able to limit your remedy for a breach of such non-excludable term, then samsung's liability for such a breach of a non-excludable term is limited to one or more of the following, at samsung's option: 

13.4.3. In relation to goods, the replacement of goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or 

13.4.4. In relation to services, the supplying of the services against or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. 

 

14. Our liability to you 

14.1. We will be liable for a failure to comply with these terms where the breach is one that is contemplated by us both at the time that a contract is formed in respect of any particular product order and arises from our negligence but not where the loss or damage is not of a type which was contemplated at the time of the contract. 

14.2. Subject to our or samsung’s obligations under the non-excludable terms, nothing in these terms shall render us or samsung (where applicable) liable to indemnify you in respect of any liability of any kind incurred by you to any other person but this is not an exclusion of any liability that may arise by virtue of a breach by us or samsung (where applicable) of these terms or any negligence on our part or that of our employees or agents. 

14.3. Subject to our or samsung’s obligations under the non-excludable terms, we will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both you and us when you commenced using the site or online store or when a contract was formed. 

14.4. 20. Events outside our control 

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an “event outside our control”, such as any act or event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, supplier or sub-contractor failure, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or failure of public or private telecommunications network or impossibility of the use of public or private transport. if the event outside our control occurs that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract, we will notify you as soon as possible and our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our control. we reserve the right to defer the date of delivery of the products or to cancel the delivery of the products in the case of any event outside our control or which is beyond our reasonable control and which prevents or hinders the delivery of the products. 

 

21. Waiver 

If we fail, at any time during the term of the contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or under these terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. a waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. no waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions contained in these terms or in a contract will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing. 

 

22. Severability 

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions in these terms or any provisions of the contract is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 

23. Our right to vary these terms 

23.1. We have the right to revise and amend these terms from time to time by posting them on the site. amendments are usually made to reflect changes in law, the ways in which we accept payments from you and to accommodate changes to the way products are supplied, however, these terms may also be amended for any other reason and in our sole discretion. 

23.2. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms before we send you the purchase order (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to these terms, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven (7) working days of receipt by you of the products).

1. Introduction
i. One-time installation for Samsung TV and home appliances only. Services will take place as set forth in this document (the "Service Scope") at Customer’s location, as identified on the invoice.
ii. This Service is provided by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). The Service transaction is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) is only hosting this site for this Service to connect SDS and Customer. Customer acknowledge that Samsung is not itself a service provider for the Service stated herein.
iii. By purchasing these Services from SDS, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Installation Service Hours
Monday to Friday: 10am – 7pm
Saturday: 10am -2pm; excluding Sunday and Public Holidays
Service Area: West Malaysia (selected postcodes), except for Kelantan
For Apartment/Condo: Subjected to the respective Building Management’s approval.

3. Scheduling for Installation Service.
i. Within two (2) business days of ordering your Service, you will be contacted by SDS’s appointed installer to schedule an agreed date for the installation service and delivery of the item to your home.
ii. If you require any add-on services on top of the installation package paid, please arrange with installer upon booking. Add-on services will be paid by Consumer to installer directly.
iii. Items purchased under the same order that do not require installation service will be delivered separately through courier and will follow the usual shipping terms and conditions.
iv. Installation must be scheduled within 14 days from the order date. Charges may incur subject to Re-scheduling and Cancellation of the Service below.
v. Consumer is not allowed to purchase more Installation Service quantity than item quantity when checking out online.

4. Re-Scheduling the Installation Service
i. If re-scheduling of service is required, Consumer should contact the installer at least one (1) working day before scheduled installation.
ii. Rescheduling of installation service should be within 7 working days of the initial scheduled installation date. No additional re-scheduling fee imposed.
iii. Rescheduling of installation service to after 7 working days of the initial scheduled installation date will incur the following fee:

5. Cancellation of the Installation Service
i. Cancellation of the Installation Service and order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed by SDS.
ii. If the installer is unable to complete the Service for reasons unrelated to the installer and if product have been delivered to you by installer, no refund for installation fees allowed.

6. AIRCON INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:

7. BASIC TV SET UP SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a basic TV set up Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack and set up new TV on table top
• Plug TV into power source and verify TV is functioning.
• Connect any new or existing video and/or audio components provided by customer in the same room. This includes: connection to WiFi and television provider. (Does not include mounting speakers on the wall or ceiling)
• Neatly connect and group all wires and cables. (Does not include hiding wires or drilling holes.)
• General overview and demo of functions of the TV
• Removal of TV packaging. Clean up job related area.
• Old TV unit can be taken & disposed by installer
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation

8. WASHING MACHINE INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack, remove shipping bolts and verify condition of Washer
• Set up new Washer at customer’s preferred area and adjust leveling feet
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• With existing water outlet/point: Connect water supply pipes and drain pipes to the washing machine (NO plumber work provided)
• Connect power and switch on to test. Ensure no leaks on pipe connections.
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
- Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers

9. DRYER INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack and verify condition of Dryer. Ground/floor installation only.
• Adjust the leveling feet and connect the drain hose (No plumbing work provided)
• Change the reversible door (depends on the site condition)
• Connect power and switch on to test.
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
- Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers

Optional/Add-On Services
• Additional amount for stacking installation without stacking kit – RM 30
*Customer must clearly indicate to installer delivery of item to which floor. If lift is not accessible for floors above G floor, there will be additional charges of RM50 (1st -2nd floor) or RM 80 (3rd -4th floor).

10. REFRIGERATOR INSTALLATION SERVICE SCOPE
This Service Scope anticipates for a standard Service. Service package includes:
• Unpack and verify condition of Refrigerator
• Set up new Refrigerator at customer’s preferred area
• For BESPOKE model(s) only: pairing service & change door direction
• Guide customer on basic product functions
• Clean up job related area
• 60 days Workmanship Warranty by the installer from date of installation
• Disposal and dismantle of old unit
- Weight: Not more than 100kg, able to carry by 2 installers
*Customer must clearly indicate to installer delivery of item to which floor. If lift is not accessible for floors above G floor, there will be additional charges of RM50 (1st -2nd floor) or RM 80 (3rd -4th floor).

11. Payment
i. Consumer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Consumer, iPay88 and SDS only. Samsung only acts as the coordinating party and is not involved or a party of any monetary/sale and purchase of this order transaction.

ii. Consumer is not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device color or model, or the selected outlet once Consumer has successfully completed and confirmed the transaction via iPay88.

iii. Consumer shall pay the full amount for the order directly to SDS via iPay88.

12. Delivery
i. SDS reserves the right to appoint a third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider to handle the fulfilment or making available of the product and delivery of the product to you. By providing your personal information including name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to SDS, SDS can use and/or disclose to such third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider for the purposes of delivery service.

ii. To accept the item, the Consumer or the authorised representative or the recipient are required present identification, i.e. NRIC or Passport to the delivery personnel, failing which the delivery personnel have the right to refuse delivery and will return the product to SDS as “unclaimed”.

iii. The proof of delivery of product must be in the form of written acknowledgement of receipt of the product by the Consumer, the authorised representative or the recipient. If the delivery address is an office address, an acknowledgement by any office staff will be treated as good acknowledgement of the item.

iv. The time for delivery of the product is between the Consumer and SDS. Samsung shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the product howsoever caused.

13. Limitation of Liability
i. Samsung uses its reasonable effort to keep its site safe, secure, and functioning properly, but Samsung does not guarantee the continuous operation of or access to this site.

ii. Consumer agrees that he/she is making use of this site at his/her own risk, and that it is being provided to Consumer on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

iii. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Samsung excludes all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
iv. Consumer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating in this Promotion.

v. Consumer shall be deemed to be able to perform legally binding contract upon his/her submission of the order and there shall not be any refund or costs whatsoever arising from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein.

vi. Warranty of the Promotional Product is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. Consumer is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.

14. General
i. In the event Consumer have queries with regard to this Promotion; please call Samsung Consumer Service at 1800 88 9999.

ii. By participating in this Promotion, Consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of Samsung on every aspect of this Promotion shall be final and binding.

iii. All pictures and/or images of the promotional products found in any advertising and marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and actual item or colour may vary.

iv. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. Changes to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective as soon as they are displayed in Samsung’s website.

v. Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of orders will not entitle the Consumer to any compensation against Samsung and/or SDS for any losses or damages directly or indirectly that may be suffered or incurred by the Consumer as a result of the cancellation.

vi. In the event of any electronic, computer, operational and/or technical error affecting the details or pricing or quantity of the product or any promotion on the website, Samsung or SDS reserves the absolute rights to rectify such error and/or cancel any transaction which has been entered into in reliance of the said error.

vii. Samsung shall not be liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion.

viii. By participating in this Promotion, Consumer agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the free gifts, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

ix. In case of any dispute, Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision. Samsung’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

x. xi. The Terms and Conditions of the Campaign shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Access to the SME Exclusive Members Store (“e-Store”) which is in collaboration with participating company/organization/entity (“Participating Partner”), is provided to users (“e-Store users”) on the following terms and conditions-:

  1. The e-Store users agree to comply with all the terms and conditions herein when accessing or using the e-Store. The scope of these Terms and Conditions is limited to SME's role of hosting this site and organizing promotions or campaigns, as the case may be. The sale transaction is between Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”) and e-Store users. SME only provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and other information, where applicable.
  2. The e-Store users must be an eligible user as identified and defined by the Participating Partner to gain access to the e-Store site. The e-Store users’ details will be validated with the Participating Partner.
  3. The e-Store is intended strictly for personal use of the e-Store user only.
  4. Access to the e-Store and the benefits provided to e-Store users is at the sole discretion of SME and is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  5. The e-Store users are subject to purchasing quotas for each Products. The e-Store quota limits apply for calendar year periods and will refresh at the beginning of each calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
  6. The e-Store users are not allowed to resell, export, or transfer any Product purchased to any third party. If an e-Store user resells, exports or transfers any Product within 12 months of purchase, the e-Store user shall reimburse SME for the difference between the Product’s recommended retail price (as at the date of purchase by the e-Store user) and the discounted price that the e-Store user paid for the Product on e-Store.. On-selling of devices will be strictly monitored by SME. IMEIs of mobile Products are recorded and SME reserves the right to track and trace any IMEIs sold through e-Store for the purposes of monitoring compliance with these terms and conditions.
  7. The e-Store users shall not publish any e-Store information, promotion and any marketing material, any prices or discounts offered to the e-Store user under e-Store in any medium (including on social media or any online platforms) or otherwise disclose to any person (other than a family member). In particular, e-Store users shall not disclose such information to any retail partners or business partners of SME and shall not request that e-Store prices are matched by such retail partners.
  8. Other offers, benefits or promotions offered by SME separately and not in e-Store are not applicable to e-Store users in conjunction with an e-Store purchase.
  9. SME reserves the right to terminate, suspend, invalidate access or discontinue the eligibility of any person who uses e-Store, if e-Store user does not comply, breaches or SME suspects that e-Store user fails to comply with, any e-Store terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of sale https://www.samsung.com/my/shop-faq/terms-and-conditions/ without any prior notice. In addition, SME reserves the right to take legal action against any person as it deems necessary in its sole discretion to recover any loss or damage from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  10. SME reserves the right to revise, change or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall SME be liable for any claims, costs or damages caused by such changes or revision or amendments.
  11. Any disputes regarding e-Store or eligibility for e-Store or e-Store user’s compliance with these terms and conditions will be resolved by SME in its sole discretion. SME’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  12. SME and SDS reserve the right to cancel any order placed by the e-Store user without any prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation of orders will not entitle the e-Store user to any compensation against SME and/or SDS for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly that may be suffered or incurred by the e-Store user as a result of the cancellation.
  13. By participating in this e-Store, e-Store users accept all responsibility for and hereby release and agrees to indemnify and hold SME harmless from and against any claims, liability, damages or expenses that may arise from participating in this program.
  14. The standard product warranty coverage is as per terms and conditions stated in the official corporate website at http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty. The eStore user is advised to check the website from time to time and stay informed of any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
  15.
