Terms & Conditions for Samsung New Zealand Online Store and Samsung Kiosks Purchases
Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ with Tab A6 7" 4G (“Bonus Gift”)
Subject to the following conditions, all purchases paid in full for a Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ from 18 June 2018 until 09 August 2018 (“Promotional Period”) from the Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited (“Samsung”) online store or Samsung Kiosk qualify for a Samsung Tab A6 7" 4G ("Bonus Gift"), (together, the “Bonus Gift Offer”) for the same RRP as the Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+. The Bonus Gift Offer (or similar offer) is also available through Samsung Studios - these Terms & Conditions will apply with all necessary modifications, and further terms and conditions specified at Point of Sale (or otherwise) may apply.
The Bonus Gift Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer including discounts or vouchers for purchase on the Samsung New Zealand online store or retail store.
All purchases must be made by New Zealand residents, with New Zealand details including New Zealand credit cards and New Zealand delivery address.
Samsung aims, but is not obliged, to fulfil purchases of Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ and the Bonus Gift through the Samsung New Zealand website the same time.
Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ and Bonus Gift shall be delivered to the same address.
Bonus Gift available while stock lasts. Samsung reserves the right to cancel or cease the Bonus Gift promotion at any stage or substitute the Bonus Gift with another gift of comparable value.
The Bonus Gift Offer is available to general public only and is not available to staff or employees of retailers or network operators purchasing in their employed capacity or otherwise not for personal use.
Offer is limited to the 2 Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ units per person subject to the following conditions, individually or in any combination:
o 2 units per delivery address
o 2 units per email address
o 2 units per credit card
Samsung reserves the right to refuse or provide a full refund for any orders which Samsung in its sole discretion believes to breach these terms and conditions.
Samsung’s decisions in relation to this Bonus Gift Offer are final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Bonus Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The return or refund of any Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+ shall also oblige you to return the Bonus Gift, with full packaging. You agree to be liable for all costs, including but not limited to debt recovery, should the Bonus Gift not be returned with any returned or refunded Samsung Galaxy S9 or Samsung Galaxy S9+. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or (d) use of the Bonus Gift.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Validity of a claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. All claims become the property of the Promoter. Claimants have the right of access to, and right to request correction of, their personal information.
