If the sold device has a factory defect which was not caused by any external force (misuse), Samsung KSA will accept the return of the product under warranty.

  • Once you are done shopping, click on the Shopping Cart, and follow the checkout steps.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your Order Number.

We accept credit card, debit card (Mada) payments, Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery. However, the availability of some of the payment options may be restricted during certain promotional periods or due to local laws.

Your order value will be charged on your credit card when the order is confirmed.

The timeline for your order's shipment can vary between 1 to 5 working days depending on your location address.

If your product was damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment. After refusing the delivery, the item(s) will come back to us. When it is received, your refund will be automatically initiated.

The refund can take up to 15 days from the receipt of the item(s), however, it is often sooner (within 3-5 days). If you still wish to purchase the same item(s), just go ahead and place a new order with us.

- Package products can only be cancelled altogether, and partial cancellation and partial acquisition are not possible.

The refund can take up to 15 working days from request for order cancellation. However, the refund period may vary depending on the payment method and subject to processing duration of the payment agency/customer's bank.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the described ordered product (e.g. different model or color/different specs).
  2. In case of return due to defected products, all items and elements in the product box must be returned, otherwise Samsung has the right to reject the return.
  3. Change of mind returns only apply within 7 days from the delivery date and for unopened and sealed products (in its original condition).
  4. The product has been purchased as a standalone product not bundled or discounted.
  5. In case of returning products purchased with discounted prices, the refunded amount will be the same amount it was purchased for.
  6. In case of returning products purchased bundled (whether as discounted prices or free promotional item) all bundle products must be returned together and the customer cannot select specific items of the bundle to return.
  7. In case of not returning all the products/items included in promotional offer (whether as discounted prices or free promotional item), Samsung will not give a refund.

All mobile phones, tablets and Wearables are covered under a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, our warranty is valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The back cover and straps are not covered by warranty.
