Find out what your device is worthConfirm the kind of device you are trading in, as well as the make and model, to see the discount you will receive.
Apply your discount to your basketConfirm the IMEI number and current condition of your device. Your discount will be instantly applied to your shopping basket.
Send us your old deviceBack up your files and photos, perform a factory reset, remove any SIM and microSD cards, and then send us your old device within 7 days, using the freepost packaging we provide.

Failure to provide your trade-in device within this time period will mean that you will be required to return your new device to us or pay back the discount you received on your new device. Please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data which you have stored on the trade-in device, and remove the sim card and memory cards before providing the trade-in device to us.
