To be eligible for Humm you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide proof of PPS number & address
• Be an Irish citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
• Earn a minimum taxable income of minimum €1,000 per month.
• Have a current credit/debit card and a photo ID
• Have a good credit history

If you have not fully submitted your application for assessment, you can resume and complete the application through our website, provided you have received a Resume Code. This code appears in the Privacy email you would have received when you requested your Consent Code.

You’ll need to click “Resume an existing application” and enter your Resume Code.

Please note, if your application has already been submitted for assessment, it can’t be resumed. If you need to submit additional documents, simply reply to the email you’ve received from us.

Amending your card details is easy through your online portal.Your online portal also gives you the option to make a one-off payment, request a statement and change your address.

Yes, you can pay off your Humm Agreement early without any additional fees or charges.

• You will only pay the balance owing (including interest) up until the point of closure.
• You can make additional payments at any time, and you can do this as often as you like – simply log in to your online customer portal (you will have received an email about logging in when you made your purchase), and clicking on your agreement number, and click making a “One-Off Payment”. As we said, you can do this is as often as you like!
