Price Promise Terms and Conditions

To start the claim process, please email Ireland.SamsungPricePromise@exertis.com within 7 days of purchasing your TV or soundbar. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name.
  • Your contact information.
  • Your address.
  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email).
  • A photograph or screenshot of either their IMEI number or serial number of the TV or soundbar (Promotion Product).
  • A screenshot and URL of the retailer's (see T&Cs for eligible retailers) advertisement of the Promotion Product at the lower price.

A member of our team will then be in touch regarding next steps.

 

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

The Promoter

The Promoter is Exertis Ireland, Fonthill Retail Park Fonthill Road, Dublin (the "Promoter").

Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on the 13th November 2025 and will run until 23:59 (GMT) on the 31st December 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate ("Participant") in the Promotion you must be a resident (aged 18+) of the Republic of Ireland (the "Territory").

Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

The promotion is only available to consumers (e.g. not to any business or reseller). Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as a Participant.

Offer

Exertis is offering a promotion (the "Promotion") whereby Participants who purchase, during the Promotion Period (as defined below) a selected new Samsung TV or soundbar Product from https://shop.samsung.com/ie/ (each a "Promotion Product") and within 7 days subsequently find the same product for sale online at a lower price by any two of the three retailers listed in Table 1 (each, a "Selected Retailer"), with the same service conditions ("Lower Priced Product") will be eligible to claim a partial refund amount processed onto their original payment method ("Refund") equal to the difference between the advertised purchase price (see Conditions 7, 8 and 9 below) of the Promotion Product and the advertised price online by the Selected Retailers of the Lower Priced Product (see Condition 10 below).**

 

PRICE PROMISE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promotion is valid on selected TV and soundbar products sold on https://shop.samsung.com/ie/ only. The Promotion will be advertised clearly on the buy page (product page) of all eligible TV and soundbar products.

Participants using promotional discount codes discount are eligible to take part in the Promotion and may claim a cashback amount equal to the difference between the actual purchase price of the product when purchased on Samsung.com (i.e. the amount paid for the product after the promotional discount code has been applied to the advertised price) and the advertised price online by the two Selected Retailers.

Participants who have used Trade In or Trade Up in order to lower the actual price paid on their purchased Promotion Products are eligible to take part in the Promotion and receive a Refund equivalent to the difference between the actual purchase price of the product when purchased on Samsung.com (i.e. the amount paid for the product after the Trade In or Trade Up discount has been applied to the advertised price) and the advertised price online by the Selected Retailers.

Reference to https://shop.samsung.com/ie/ is to the public Irish consumer site only. Purchases from any Samsung (Exertis) closed networks (such as its student portals or employee portals) or from Samsung (Exertis) via any marketplace are specifically excluded from this Promotion.

To qualify for a Refund, the Lower Priced Product found at two of the three Selected Retailers must meet the following conditions at the time of Claim (and in any instance shall be applicable within seven (7) days of the date of purchase):

The Lower Priced Product must be advertised and offered by two of the three Selected Retailers to purchase at a lower price that is publicly available on the URL shown below in Table 1. Purchases from call centres are excluded;

The Lower Priced Product offered must be currently in stock and available to order.

The SKU of the Lower Priced Product must be a UK/Ireland product and identical in terms of make, model, size and colour to the original purchased Promotion Product from https://shop.samsung.com/ie/. The Lower Priced Product offered must be brand new, unmodified, and in original packaging. Refurbished, reconditioned, used, damaged, returned, modified, open box, demonstrator or otherwise not in the same condition products (including their packaging) are excluded from the Promotion;

Lower Priced Products available at a lower price due to loyalty/employment programmes, cashback promotions or schemes, bundle pricing, voucher codes, trade in promotions, network/data/monthly contracts or other collective deals are excluded from the Promotion;

The Participant must be able to show reasonable supporting evidence of the above (see Condition 11 below).

Claims

To claim, Participants must email Ireland.SamsungPricePromise@exertis.com within 7 days of purchasing a Promotion Product, with their name, contact information, address, proof of purchase of the Promotion Product, a photograph or screenshot of either their IMEI number or serial number of the Promotion Product (see Condition 12 below if the Participant has not yet received the Promotion Product) and a screenshot of the two Selected Retailer's advertisement of the Promotion Product at the lower price (meeting the requirements set out above) along with the applicable URL, any other requested information ("Claim").

Claims may only be submitted within seven (7) days of the Participant purchasing the relevant Promotion Product (the "Claim Period"). Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Refund. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day one (1).

If the Participant has selected a delivery date for the Promotion Product which is later than seven (7) days from purchase, or the Promotion Product has otherwise not been delivered within seven (7) days, they will be able to email their information (including proof of the discounted Promotion Product available in accordance with Condition 11) during the Claim Period and later provide their IMEI or serial number and any other necessary information within seven (7) days of receiving the Promotion Product.

Participants are entitled to a maximum of one (1) Refund per model (as determined by the unique SKU) of Promotion Product purchased and subsequent valid Claim made per year. Only a maximum of four (4) Refunds per household (residential address) per year may be claimed, regardless of the quantity of Promotion Products purchased.

Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been provisionally validated (based on confirmation of the Promotion Product purchase), subject to Promoter verification ("Provisional Validation").

Following Provisional Validation, participants will receive a further email from the Promoter confirming that their Claim has been fully approved ("Claim Approval") with their Refund to be processed within twenty-eight (28) days at the latest. If the claim is rejected so there is no Claim Approval, the Participant will be notified by email of such rejection.

If the Provisional Validation or Claim Approval has not been received, it is the Participant's responsibility to contact the Promoter's customer service team by email at Ireland.SamsungPricePromise@exertis.com within seven (7) days of the date it should have been received.

If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, it will be rejected by the merchant.

Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.

Participants will receive the partial Refund returned within twenty-eight (28) days of Claim Approval.

The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.

The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. The Promoter will report any fraudulent activity to the Police.

If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid, and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by emailing Ireland.SamsungPricePromise@exertis.com

Privacy and Data Protection

The Promoter's use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter's privacy policy available at: https://shop.samsung.com/ie/2-privacy. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter's privacy policy.

Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Refund will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

General

The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's control.

The Promoter reserves the right, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion or cancel for any reason. For any customer who has purchased prior to any change or cancellation these terms shall still apply.

The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Refund. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter's negligence.
