No, unfortunately, it is not possible to make a purchase over the phone.
The item I want is out of stock. Can I still place an order, so I receive the item as soon as it’s back in stock?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Items which are out of stock should display a 'Where to buy' button, where you can view other stores which might stock the product

* Go to shop.samsung.com/ie
* Click on on the person icon in top right of page
* Choose Sign in
* Enter your Username and Password
* Once signed in, click on the person icon again
* Select 'Orders'
* Details of your order will be displayed
