I informed you that I wanted to return an item during the 28-day returns period, but was unable to send it during this time. Am I still able to return it?
As long as you informed us of your intention to return your product(s) within 28 days, if exceptional circumstances prevented you from returning it within this period, you can still return it within 14 days of when you informed us. If you were unable to return your item(s) within 14 days of letting us know you would be returning it, please contact us and we will determine whether we can still accept your return.
If my product arrives damaged or I want a refund what do I do?

If I am to post an item back, do I have to pay for the postage?

All small items can be returned via registered post, which will be paid by the customer or free* via automated returns option in customer account. For large items, collection can be arranged by our customer service team, who can be contacted on 0818 717 100 or through the live chat function in the bottom right of the page. A cost may also be charged for large items.

 

What is the returns period?

You may return your products anytime within 28 days from when you receive your order. Please note that should your items are deemed to have been damaged by the customer, you will not be entitled to a refund.
