You may return your products anytime within 28 days from when you receive your order. Please note that should your items are deemed to have been damaged by the customer, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If a fault is found after 28 days from delivery or collection, please call 0818 717 100 or through the live chat function in the bottom right of the page and we will replace or offer a refund, at our discretion. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

* Go to shop.samsung.com/ie
* Click on the person icon in top right of page
* Enter your email address and password and click 'Sign in'
* On successful sign in, click on the person icon again
* Select 'Order History'
* Details of your order history will be displayed
* Click on the 'Cancel' button next to the relevant order
* Choose your reason for cancellation and submit

You must return a product with the returns form (included with your order) fully completed by posting it back via registered post. *The address is provided on the returns form. All returns must follow our returns policy.
