Can I cancel my order?

If you have a Samsung account:

* Go to shop.samsung.com/ie
* Click on the person icon in top right of page
* Enter your email address and password and click 'Sign in'
* On successful sign in, click on the person icon again
* Select 'Order History'
* Details of your order history will be displayed
* Click on the 'Cancel' button next to the relevant order
* Choose your reason for cancellation and submit

Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team on 0818 717 100 or through the live chat function in the bottom right of the page, and we can cancel your order for you.
