I think my account has been hacked or used by someone else. What do I do?
We would advise that you change your password. To do this, follow the steps below:
* Go to shop.samsung.com/ie
* Log in to your Samsung account
* Click on the person icon in top right of page
* Click 'My Password' to be directed to a page where you can enter your current and desired password
